The Fox Theatre never had elevators, so work on the shafts for two new elevators starts from scratch. The North elevator, which will serve the main theater and the 3rd St. Bar, needs to penetrate the new North patio roof top, through the floor of the old manager's office and lead to a deep pit dug below the basement of the 3rd St. Bar.
